Amalfi Lime Tonic Water by the Artisan Drinks Company - 200mlx24 Tonic Water Cans - Natural Ingredients - Fresh Lime with Lemon Verbena & Rosemary - An Inspired Tonic Water for Gin

I typically use Fevertree as my go-to mixer brand (which is also available on Amazon), but having recently had a gin and tonic that contained a lemongrass mixer in a bar, I decided to find a citrusy tonic water. Artisan Drinks Co. Amalfi Lime Tonic Water seemed like an ideal choice by the description, and I wasn't wrong.There is so much to like about these cans, for a start, they are 50mls bigger than the standard Fevertree cans. With 200mls in the Artisan Drinks Co. cans, you do really get a long drink. I took a sip from the can just to see what the tonic was like on its own, and I have to say, it makes for a very refreshing summer's drink in its own right, something I have never experienced with tonic waters before. You do get a good hit of lime, and you can definitely get the fragrance of bergamot. It is very zingy, refreshing, and light all at the same time. It isn't overly carbonated either which I like. As for mixing with my favourite gins (Portobello Rd and Martin Millers), I think it makes for my favourite G&Ts.I like it so much I have now taken out an Amazon "Subscribe and Save". I can't fault this tonic, and therefore I can highly recommend it to you.

Perfect with the Three Wrens Key Lime Pie Gin. Absolutely delicious. The tonic does not have an artificial taste. It's lovely. Highly recommend .

Have been using these quality tonics for ages but only just discovered them on Amazon at a really good price. Now on my subscribe and save list.

It's a nice enough as a soft drink, with a pleasant lime sherbet taste. Unfortunately, as a mixer in a G&T it totally cancels out the taste of gin, rather than enhancing it. It makes for a very counter-intuitively sweet G&T. Perhaps I should have tried the classic tonic from the same brand.

I love this tonic with any gin, plus ice and a slice, so refreshing. It goes very well and never masks the flavour of the gin. I like that it’s always fresh when you open it to when it’s gone so that’s good.It has fizz and doesn’t go flat after opening it. Great that's it's low calorie without the aftertaste of any sweetners.As I am not keen on sweetened soft drinks, I enjoy this as a pleasing alternative if I am the ‘designated driver’ on an evening out and would happily recommend it to others.

Some tonics say they have flavour but it’s so subtle it might as well not be there. This Amalfi Lime Tonic Water by the Artisan Drinks Company is different, the lime is very noticeable and the Lemon Verbena & Rosemary really work with it.This works great with gin, as do the other flavours. It’s a top quality tonic for sure and one I will continue to use.
