The price of these multivitamins are so expensive for the quantity of 30 day supply you get in it. Nevertheless it's worth it. I was suffering from sleep insomnia. I just couldn't go to sleep at a decent time. I would fall asleep around 4:00am - 7:00am Wake back up from 10:00am - 2:00pm this was going on for months.I took a lot of sleep aids to be able to go to sleep. Nothing was was working. They are very friendly and helpful. So I placed a order for it. Starting talking it the same day it was delivered. Took the night formula around 9:00pm. Then I noticed I went to bed at 3:00amContinued taking it and I started going to bed earlier and earlier. To the point I was sleeping at 11:00pm consistently. Which was amazing. Nevertheless the good side affects was I was waking up early around 6:00-7:00am bursting with energy. Waking up My wife and infant baby daughter lol 😂So I decided to take it around 11:00pm and start falling asleep around 1:am - 1:30am You have to fine the right time for you and adjust accordingly. The morning formula is great also. Keeps you going all day with energy. Both formula works in Unison together. Even if I only sleep for 3 - 5 hours. I have tons of natural energy.Before Healthy cell I was a zombie. I was miserable and grumpy. And just wanted to be left alone. But now I am back to My happy loving self that My Wife missed. I just completed my first pack of this product - 30 days. I took the one pill formula in the morning with my breakfast and an eight oz. cup of water, and then at night about 30 minutes before bed took the night time one pill formula. I noticed a change in my focus, energy and mood within the first 24 hours of taking this multivitamin. I love coffee so much and have been drinking roughly 2 to 3 cups a day (sometimes just for the taste) for the past 6 years, since starting this regiment I have had a total of two cups of a coffee in 30 days. WOW. I couldn't believe it. I was completely amazed at how much I not only don't crave coffee, but don't even need it because my level of energy, mood and focus is so improved. Not only that, for the past several years I have struggled tremendously with having a full nights rest. I have tried sleeping pills, melatonin, etc. to try and fix these problems, but nothing worked. This product is what I’ve searched for, for a long time. Price is costly for me, but definitely worth it. Highly recommend. I also appreciate how they break down each ingredient into categories to describe its role.

I love the protection these vitamins provide, especially an AM and PM formula with telomers and just one pill each! Other regimes have us taking a handful 2x a day, yuck.The taste is starting to wear on me, I'm thinking of going to the liquid, I love Healthy Cell!
