I stopped taking prescribed medication because it gives me stomachache and for a while I went feeling hopeless, extremely tired and too much pain. Since I started with these supplements I noticed the difference immediately and with only one pill. I feel more awake, less tiered and less painl. I do see a difference when I forget to take them.

This is Magnesium, Saffron extract, B vitamins, D3, and folic acid. I did not notice any difference taking or not taking these except that they upset my stomach. I guess I was not deficient in any of those vitamins. Probably because I take a multivitamin. This did nothing for my fibromyalgia, and I've taken half the pills at this point.

I am currently on my second packet and I have literally been waking up hollering out in pain. I feel this product is the cause but I don’t know if it’s bringing out suppressed pain or if it’s causing my fibromyalgia to flare up to get worse?? I’m not sure what to think about the product??

Fibromyalgia pain fluctuates day to day so it’s difficult to determine if a supplement is actually helping. This definitely doesn’t mask the pain completely but could be taking the edge off. It’s hard to say. The pills are easy to swallow though with not after taste. They definitely aren’t making me worse so I will continue to use them.

I bought 2 packages. I took 2 capsules a day for 30 days. I can't say that I felt any improvement. It was a disappointment.

This magnesium supplement to help with muscle aches and chronic pain issues is surprisingly effective. I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, so I went into trying this with a lot of skepticism even though I already take other supplements to help with my medical issues. This supplement is a nice blend of the magnesium, saffron, several B vitamins, and vitamin D. It is free of most major allergens and artificial sweeteners. I worried that this would make me more tired since it is supposed to be taken in the morning, but luckily I didn’t experience any additional fatigue taking this. It also didn’t give extra energy, but the positives were that it DID help alleviate a lot of the aches I have on a daily basis with my muscles and joints. The caps are easy to swallow and I didn’t feel that they smelled or tasted like much of anything, so that was nice. I don’t know if I will be able to afford to add this to my daily supplement regimen on a regular basis, but I am going to try to add it as often as possible since I am really pleased with how effective this was in such a quick time of starting it. Definitely five stars, A++! Highly recommend.

Had high hopes for these, but there has been literally zero relief for my daughter. after 2 weeks she gave up, as she should of had relief by then. def not worth the high cost
