Let me say before I tried ThermoShred I was so skeptical I would like it at all compared ThermoBurn, which I love...but I can honestly say ThermoShred is my new go to favorite fat burner!I instantly noticed the “sweat game” was not as strong but that is okay because sometimes I’m in a time crunch and really don’t want to be sweating after my shower.I also feel like my endurance was stretched even longer and was not at all fatigued leaving the gym (even though I should have been). I really like it... I could tell just after a few days of taking it that it works well. It is excellent at curbing my appitite. I still get hungry but i get full very fast. I was a little concerned about the caffeine content, but not problems at all. No, jitters. I just feel like I had an extra cup of coffee. i started off slow with one pill at a time for the first week then incresed to the two pills. Sometimes I take twice a day, but most of the time just once in the morning and it works very good for me.I hope this helps...

Serving size is 2 but I take 1 before my early morning workout with a few bites of food, like half a slice of low carb bread. In about 15 minutes I’m awake and sweating. If I take on an empty stomach I get too jittery. But, it’s a thermogenic designed for men. Being a smaller female I know an OTC thermogenic is SUPPOSED to make you a little jittery, that’s how you know it’s working. Make sure to drink extra water or you’ll feel dehydrated all day.

I took this supplement twice in the last couple months & by far it's the best I've ever taken!! It gives me great appetite suppressant which is huge for me in a pandemic world in which my gym routine & eating habits have severely suffered :( I was really surprised that it actually did what the description said it was going to do. The only negative I have is I wish the bottle contained 45 day serving instead of 30 to be a little more valuable. Most of the supplements are 45 days. But that's just my preference & has nothing to do with the performance of the product. One more thing - as a woman in her late 40s experiencing menopause this product is a game changer because of the clarity, appetite suppressant & fast burning qualities it provides. Lord knows any woman experiencing menopause would agree that we need all the help we can get LOL
