Use this in the evening to shrink swelling of my nasal tissue so I can actually breathe and sleep through the night. Can't live without this stuff: the best part is, there isn't an "addictive" aspect to it, where you have to use more and more of it to be effective (looking at you, Afrin).

I've had sinus problems since I was a child.Pneumonia, bronchitis, and asthma I've had it all. An this works wonders!!! I have not had a upper respiratory since 09' thanks to this product. I do use flonase once every 3 months just to help out. (We all have some form of allergies). I dont have an extra 5gs laying around for the hospital trip. I spend 20 of 2 spray bottles one for house/car. Then flonase is another 20 give or taken so 40 and I'm right as rain in about 3 days. So hope that this helps you out. Lots of fluids!!!!! Water with propell packets helps out 2!! 😁

If you are a regular user, do not discard the empty until you know the new one works. Otherwise, you can swap the pumps using plier to unscrew.

This is one of the best decongestant sprays. The boxes were wrapped in a waterproof covering in a plastic mailing bag. The boxes had been crushed which made then slightly leak making them goopy and wet and the boxes were damp too. I thought the price was a bit steep as well but I can not find it locally. I may look for another merchant the next time however that packs more protectively. A small box would have been better than a mailing bag.
