My item was defective.
The spring broke in about 4 months and no one was willing to stand behind their product. The original spring lasted 10 years or more.

Junk
First one was lost in the mail....second arrived and seemed to be ok out of the package but once installed it lasted about an hour and was stretched to the point of having to push the pedal to the floor just to move the mower about half speed. Waste of time and money.

looks like good quality springs
Have not installed them but they appear to be of good quality. Seem to have the same stength as the OEM springs - I will know more after I run them for a while to see how they hold up.
