This is awesome started sweating five minutes in my workout! I brought two sizes up because of other reviews, lucky I did perfect fit wouldn’t want any bigger or tighter .. I’m usually a size small in clothes but I ordered the Large .

I love the material, but it's definitely not true to size. I bought a 3xl, fits like a large 😭I look like a tamale 🫔 (not the snack I wanna look like tbh) definitely go up a size, maybe 2.In my case, 3xl is the biggest size they offer 😭

I really wanted this jacket to help me sweat more during my workouts and it works great!!! I am very happy with this purchase. I wear a larger jacket due to my broad shoulders and long arms. I initially ordered an XL, but it was still just a little snug to my liking during my workouts. I reordered to XXL and it fits perfectly. So if you want a snug fit go up one size, a comfortable fit go up by 2 sizes. Now I have the full set, the sauna pants, and sauna jacket...let's go sweat and burn this fat.
