Just to make sure does this contain two 24"x72" shelves?

You are basically getting 4x 24"x36" shelves. Grates come in 1'x3' sections. Two grates are used for every two brackets.

How tall are the brackets? Trying to figure out how much room I need below the shelf for them.

The bracket is 6 1/2 inches tall at the max point below the shelves.
