This supplement was used by the golden era (70's) bodybuilders. I have used this supplement in TABLET form made by Beverly International and Universal Nutrition. Tablets are huge and I have problems with digestion, the go done very slow and uncomfortable. The solution is the capsule version. NSP nutrition sell this version but hyped by Vince Gironda old school recommendations and overpriced. I stumbled on these and seem to be equivalent and less expensive. I take 8/day = 6 grams of liver plus I take Nutricost BCAA capsules also. The GROWTH is ON!!

I’ve taken a couple different beef livers in the passed and this one I would say is pretty good for it’s price range. I have had better quality brands and product but this one is good. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget and still want to get in their daily beef liver

I take this every day with my supplements and have noticed a tad bit more energy. I have always had good luck with this brand and will continue to purchase it. It does wahat it says.
