I have found that the Bionic sizing is very equitable to many other brands of gloves I have worn I. The past.

it could work but it may feel strange to you because unlike a normal golf glove there is some thin padding on the palm of the glove.

Q: Is this a left hand glove (i.e., for right-handed golfers)?

The descriptions and titles for these women's bionic relax grip gloves were a bit confusing on Amazon - and I went by the photo more than the title. I did order these for my daughter, a right-handed golfer and they are gloves for the left hand for a right-handed golfer. Other options for this glove on Amazon include a Left-handed glove in various sizes. You can also go to Bionic's website and order directly from them, though probably a shipping charge. Good news for you is that Amazon does have free returns and exchanges if this glove ends up being wrong for you. I will also say that I personally have used the men's Relax Grip for at least 2 years and find them to be the best glove I have ever used. This glove (and the men's) have recently been redesigned and I have to say I like the older gloves better, but will still continue to order this style. They really last and can be hand washed if the white becomes dingy.
