What is the difference between this bottle and the super fruit and veggie capsules ?

The difference between the two is that super greens has sea veggies, aloe vera, wheat grass, and sprout seeds, the other is all fruits and vegetables, and very little other greens outside of that.

How many CDC servings (80g each) of produce is in 2 capsules (1.5g) since vaccum freeze drying will reduce an 80g serving to only about 4-6g?

Really, if you're going to put that much thought into it, maybe you should just eat the actual vegetables.

Where is your Spirulina sourced from? I read that it can be unhealthy depending on where it is sourced.

The manufacturer has said the Spirulina is from California.

Which one is better, bloom or this capsules?
