gfJules Pizza Dough Mix, Deep Dish or Thin Style, 17 Ounce Pouch

So far this is the only gf pizza my family (who are not gf eaters) will eat with me (only I’m allergic to gluten). My 17 yo son devoured a whole pizza made with this crust himself. The bag makes three large crusts that need to be spread very thin because they rise up a ton before baking. I use oiled hands and parchment to spread them thin. Follow the instructions to a t and you’ll have excellent pizza. We add pesto (vegan for mine), Costco carnitas meat that’s been browned and shredded, fresh jalapeños chopped, pineapple bits and cheese (vegan for mine) to make a MonkeyPod pizza we had in Hawaii. Delicious! The crust has added spices that gives the pizza an authentic Italian flavor.

My granddaughter inherited my celiac gene. When she comes to visit for the summer we both love making pizza using gfjules pizza mix. It is really good!

Better taste than other gf brands

Easy to use, makes a delicious crust. Depending on how thin or thick you like, it makes a good thin crispy crust or the chewy pan type with a crunchy outer crust. If you have not used a gf batter before, you may have to get used to the consistency and how to spread it out without making a sticky mess but once you get used to it, it is delicious.

We have tried many GF make yourself pizza doughs and so far this one came out the best. It had a nice crunch to it so we could actually pick up a piece to eat without needing a fork. It is a bit tedious to prepare the dough and it is pretty gooey to get spread out but plenty of oiled up hands or silicone spatula and some patience got it done. We used half a recipe to get a crust that was about the size of a cookie sheet.

Omg this is the best tastiest gluten free crust. It is even better than my homemade regular crust. It did not last. Will be buying this from now on.
