Milton has built immense goodwill in the market over the years, and as a loyal customer who has trusted this brand from the very beginning, I expected nothing less than their signature quality. To my absolute shock, when the package arrived, there was not a single Milton mark, logo, or branding written anywhere on the bottle. It looks completely generic, leaving me highly skeptical about whether this is a genuine product or a cheap counterfeit. This is the very first time I have faced such an issue with the brand, and it is incredibly disheartening. What makes this deeply frustrating is the hassle of the return process. If I initiate a return or exchange now, it means I have to deal with another 4 to 5 days of waiting and logistical headaches just to get a functional, branded bottle. I shouldn't have to face days of inconvenience for a quality control error on their end. Deeply saddened by this experience. Buyers, beware and double-check your delivery!

Its fully plastic inside and outside. Decent quality plastic. No metal at all. The top is also plastic but with metallic finish. There's no leakage! Extremely Light weight even the bottle is full!
