The air-intake valve at the top is completely blocked, meaning that one cannot drink from the bottle without unscrewing the lid.

I love the brand and this is my second type of bottle from them! I love the spout system, and for those who like to drink from a straw, it comes with one as an option, so you don't have to tilt up to drink if you prefer that.The spout is *mostly* leakproof, but occassionally I see it drip a little, but most times it doesn't. I'm not sure why it happens sometimes. Maybe it's some leftover dropplets caught in the spout when you finish drinking or something, since it doesn't seem to drip for too long. Either way, I keep it upright to be safe.The surface is matte and kind of a fingerprint magnet, but the color is gorgeous. Insulation is great too.

I had received a smaller version of this bottle as a gift and I loved it so much I had to get it in a bigger size.Here are some of the things I love about it after 3 months of use.1. I love drinking water when it's ice cold the top of this bottle makes it so easy to put regular sized ice cubes in.2. It keeps my drinks ice cold I routinely keep by my bedside for a quick cold sip. Sometimes I forget it over the weekend and I come back to ice cubes still sloshing around.3. The top is leak proof. I commute on public transportation and I've had no issues with throwing it in a tote bag.4. It's very sturdy. I carry it around by the metal handle in the lid and I've had no issues. I have used it at the gym , it has dropped from me several times with not even a dent. I can see how people can take this camping.Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and will consider giving these as gifts in the future.

Well made , sleek, comfortable to carry and keeps cold drinks cold for a full day. Rubber base and the non round body of the flask make it very convenient and silent when you place it on a hard surface.The metal carry loop is so convenient and you choose whether u want the straw or not inside.I have 6 of these sports models and highly recommend them.

Me gusta mucho la marca. Tengo varias botellas y este modelo es óptimo. Me gusto que la boquilla es suficientemente ancha para echar hielos adentro -los modelos clásicos no lo tenían-. El popote es también muy práctico para tomar agua rápidamente. Mantiene líquidos fríos y con gas por mucho tiempo. El acabado morado-tornasol es muy bonito, pero delicado; así que en poco tiempo ya tiene varias marcas, solo por estar en contacto con otros objetos dentro de la mochila, así que recomiendo otros modelos con un acabado más mate.
