Size 18 bought the biggest, was worried if it would reach but it does with a decent amount of spare.The holes are part of the design. Easy to put on because I’m not messing around trying to line up tiny holes.It really lovely and well presented, arrives in a nice box with an inner bag. Looks a lot more expensive than it is and I wa very impressed.
