Every now and then my left wrist become painful & need some support. I’ve spent a fortune on tubigrips over the years, but I have to cut thumb holes in them and they fray super fast. I bought these as a replacement, expecting one to be useless. Amazingly, I can use both on my left wrist, so one can be in the laundry while I wear the other!When using tubigrips, it usually takes my wrist around 14-21 days to feel better. When wearing this, it took 7 days, so I’d say they are a brilliant option. I’m honestly kicking myself for the unnecessary weeks I’ve spent in pain over the past decade.I can’t recommend these enough. They should be in every first aid kit for sprains and strains as they provide just enough support and the strap allows you to tighten or loosen it to fit all wrist sizes.

The supports are a good fit and are easy to use. I found it to be effective and well priced. It supports the wrists very well, but is perhaps less effective for hand or palm paina and sprains.

Good value for money

I bought this in place of a rigid wrist support and it's so much more comfortable.

It isn't really "one size fits all" because it is just an elasticated band. Yes, it does stretch to go over my wrist, but as I have quite wide wrists it is very uncomfortable after a short while and compresses too much. As far as I can see the wrap-around bit serves no useful purpose. However, for those with narrower wrists it will probably work well and they are excellent value for money.

Very effective and supportive - recommend

Very pleased with this product it’s good quality and supports my wrists. I have arthritis in my hands and wrists and it supports my wrists when I’m lifting anything also keeps my knuckles warm it gives a good grip to anything I’m lifting, would definitely recommend. You can adjust it to whatever size your wrist is has plenty of stretchability.

Coming in a pair is great. They do help pain relief. When having to use your hands to do hard work like staple the performance of them is brilliant. The sizes are good. They are nice and breathable They give you great support and Don't Make us if you are restricted to do anything with them being so light to wear upgrading supporting.
