I must say, the first day I made use of this product the energy I had was amazing. Going down the throat and overall taste, if you ingest with sliced citrus. Cold water and ice! There is a subtle but refreshing minty taste to it that’s very pleasant. I am taking a medication that may interact with the supplement and have to play around it, so I will take every three days but I must say that it helps with bathroom time. I also noticed a lighter feeling, after use. The color of my urine was a bit orangey and this may be due to chlorophyll’s ability to attach to metals inside of your body for proper disposal. Who ever said it tasted like dirt is completely wrong. Like I said, the minty and lemony flavors are definitely the highlight and I was not able to taste any other flavors.
