I have tried regular ascorbic acid powder in the past and it is incredibly sour and hard to get down. But this has almost no taste at all and it’s buffered so it does not upset my stomach. I am a super taster, so I am very sensitive to tastes in foods. This does not trigger a bad taste in my mouth at all. I put 1/2 teaspoon into 4 ounces or 5 ounces of water and mix it in real good and then drink it fast.
