This seems like a good brand of supplements so far. I am sensitive to ingredients in a lot of them so have to be careful, and I have had no issues with side effects with this one. I think it is working to relax me. I use passionflower off and on all the time in teas and supplements, and it always seems to. I would be fine with getting this brand again.

I have frequent streaks of insomnia. I've tried a few different products to try to break those streaks. I tried this for a few nights and might have had some success. The suggested use on the label is to take it daily. I don't feel that I need this daily, and I don't like taking things long term if I don't have to. I would like to take something only when I need it. The first night, I seemed to have some success after about 30 minutes. It's hard to say if that was the Passion Flower or the placebo affect. I took it right away the 2nd night and again had success falling back to sleep. On the 3rd night it didn't seem to have any affect. There is certainly a large quantity. The capsules are easy to swallow. There doesn't seem to be any residual drowsiness the day after, even if I've taken it at 4am.

This passion fruit supplement is calming and great for promoting relaxation and supporting restful sleep. It is effective and easy to take. The bottle contains 240 capsules and at the recommended 2 per serving, makes about a 4 month supplies worth. All in all, it's a good value for the price.

Of all the soothing herbs out there, passionflower has the effect of relaxing my body better than just about anything. I wouldn’t say it’s as sleep inducing as some but it does have a mildly sedating effect. I often combine it with valerian for sleep. This large bottle is packed full of capsules, medium size and easy to take. They seem fresh and although I take them before bed, they don’t leave me groggy the next day at all. In fact, no negative side effects to report. Overall passionflower is very gentle and calming making it one of my favorite herbs.
