This is not the first time I buy sea moss and use it to make a gel. This time I saw an advertisement for TrueSeaMoss premium and at first I did not believe that it could be premium, but after ordering it and trying it, I realized that I was wrong. And this moss really evokes the feeling of premium moss. The gel from it turns out to be of a better consistency and a little more pleasant in taste. Thank you for such a good product.

I’ve been using this sea moss in my fruit/veggie smoothies for almost a year and enjoy it! I wash it up then break it down into gel and use about a teaspoon a day in my smoothie! I notice a strengthening in my hair, nails and perk in my overall energy! I love it!!

Easy to prepare. I take A handful (I can get probably 5 or more sets of jars, but doing handful at a time lets the package last a few of months) I rinse with Luke warm running water several times (maybe 5 or 7 at least). I let soak in cooled boiled water in the fridge for a day or so. I rinse a few more times and drain well. I spray generous amount of lemon juice (to get the smell out) blend into a gel and place in a jar with a sealed lid. Lasts me easily a couple weeks. I only use a spoonful in my smoothie in the am. I feel so much better

Definitely need to follow the instructions on how to prepare this product. Only a little is necessary to soak in water and it really expands. I've had to soak and wash several times over the course of 72 hours. My final washing fluid lemon. After I blended it I added in my shakes with protein powder but could still taste the "sea" flavor but not as strongly.

Know this before you buy: THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. I fully believe that this policy is because the company knows they are selling shady & downright dangerous products. My bag of ‘sea moss’ contained mold, blue plastic pieces, strings, hair of some sort, and pieces of dirty paper. Essentially, there was trash entangled with my sea moss. It also smelled horrendous, like plastic fumes and chorine. There is NO way this sea moss is something that is safe to put in your body. Even without the literal garbage included in the bag, the plant material is just wrong. It smells off, there are wild variations of color, size, & texture throughout the bundles. By tracing this company’s shipping logs, we found that this sea moss comes from Vietnam - not a location known for quality ocean harvested sea moss. I will not be consuming any of this product, & I highly recommend that anyone considering this sea moss goes elsewhere for theirs. I 100% believe this supplier is negligent and dangerous & consuming their product could harm you.

UPDATE: After speaking with the company about my item arriving with a hole in it, they politely explained the reasoning behind this. They sent me a replacement since I was at first concerned with the freshness of my first package. I highly recommend this company and their products!I also give their sea moss gummies a A+Good sea moss, however the bag arrived with a hole in it.

The flavor isn't bad at all and it's a great value for the buck. This was my firat time trying sea moss and I will probably stick to this one. Took me a little while to figure out the easiest way to take it after making the gel, but now I use it twice a day.

Great high quality seamoss. I prepared a little handful of this for when I make smoothies to add into them for my morning breakfast. Gives me tons of natural energy, mind is clear and ready for the day. I’ve noticed the health of my hair and nails have gone up also with eating this sea moss. This is awesome super food that I would highly recommend to add into you daily diet.
