Writing this review in bullet points:1. If you're using a fixed-handle chair then these adjustable handles would be a great upgrade and will provide really good support to your elbow(s).2. The build is decent with a metal bottom and plastic, but there's no cushion on the handles...it's okay for me but it's subjective.3. I wish the adjustment mechanism was smooth, right now you can hear and feel plastic and metal grinding, feels a bit cheap.Overall it was a good purchase. Been using the handles for the last 6 months, hope they last.
