Pros: 1. Good product. It is a regular mixer with atta grinder as special feature. This mixer has all the components of regular mixer like wet grinder , dry grinder, juicer in addition to the atta grinder. 2. The atta grinder cum mixer is a must in every household for making different types of grain powders and masala especially for the people where the mills are not available or easily accessible. 3. Note, the item is not for making large quantity of powders in one go. This is similar to regular daily mixer usage where the amount of grinding required is small or medium. This is a best product for those homes where the atta or masala powder is made fresh for weekly (atta) or monthly use (masala powder). Good power as the powder comes out fine. 4. Value for money for those who prefer eating freshly grind and preservative/chemical free grains or masala powders/spices for healthy lifestyle. 5.The service center is very cooperative and they resolve any issue within time. So, there is good service support for this item. (personal experience where the coupler was broken and replaced) Cons: Noise level is slightly louder than regular mixer for atta grinding. The coupler gets extremely heated if used constantly during days when summer heat is high. So, avoid using it during extremely hot summers if possible. One needs to wear mask for the particles coming while mixing.

I am satisfied with the performance of the COOKWELL Instagrind Mixer Grinder. As promised, It is a product that combines the functions of a flour mill and a masala grinder, making it highly convenient for home use. The four nets provided offer flexibility in texture. The three jars and two extra blades are very useful for a variety of tasks, including juicing, grinding, and making chutneys. The motor is powerful and handles both wet and dry ingredients with ease. Reducing a star as I had received a product with a minor issue initially; however, the customer support team was very responsive. They quickly arranged a free service without any hassle. Overall, this is a value-for-money product that delivers as promised.

The Mixer grinder is good and easy to use. I have tried the aata grinder only once. It was ok. The only issue is that the dry/chutney grinder jar is too big. I had to buy a smaller one for that purpose . The Bush got damaged once and was replaced within the respected time frame. Till now I have no complaints regarding the appliance.

Excellent product quality. It is oversized for me & my wife only. Repeated requests made to Amazon but they refused to take it back. I have also confirmed them that I don't need refund but let me choose another suitable product with that money. They always say their policy is fixed but don't care about customer satisfaction. Last 20 years, I am a loyal customer but with the treatment I got, I will be no more a buying customer to Amazon. Amazon loose nothing after all only one customer. Good luck Amazon & Good bye...

Not good grinding rubber washers damaging early

The product is truly full value for money….for a health freak like me and for just 3 persons in family it’s a boon to grind different millet grain just for a weeks or fortnight supply to maintain the taste and freshness and off course the regular mixer with a heavy duty motor is a additional boon…:)
