5-stars Because Delsey Guarantees Their Product
I am giving Delsey (not necessarily this product) a 5 stars bec;ause when this item broke after only one use, Delsey replaced it with a different more durable luggage. However, it took them six months to honor the warranty.

Worn paint on handle
The suitcase is great. One issue was that the paint on the handle was worn off on two small sections. Not a big issue but given the cost of this item, it should have been in perfect condition.

Not lasting at all!
Cracked all three cases after two trips. Such a waste of money. Recommend not to buy this product. Highly disappointed ☹️

Durable and easy to manage.
I bought this luggage for my 10-day trip to Europe. It arrived in perfect condition. This is a good size as a check-in luggage for a 10-day trip. Its wheels are strong and easy to roll around. This is the first Delsey I own, and I have no complaints.

Good quality, what's missing is the lock

Cracked after one trip
My suitcase cracked after one flight. I believe this line has been discontinued by Delsey now so may it was defective, but the seller was great about making it right. Beautiful luggage and normally a great brand! I didn’t have any issues with the carry on and have since replaced with a different Delsey that I’ve flown with multiple times with no issues.
