Ok…. I’m not going to talk bad about this product. However the ab pad shocks me. I thought maybe it was because I had just taken a shower. So I waited for a couple hours and tried again. Still shocked. So I shaved the hair off of my stomach thinking that might help. Nope, still shocked me. After the third time and now with a very clean shaved stomach I regret I will be sending this product back. Regrettably because the small ones that you place on your arm, legs, gluts and just anywhere they fit work very well! Maybe I got a bad abdomen patch. So try at your own risk. They sent directions with the product. But they are not laid out very well. You have 5 or more different pieces and they expect you to know which piece is called what. I did not design it so how am I suppose to know what each piece is labeled. For future shipments and directions, pictures or label the pieces on the bags they come in with "A,B,C, etc" and then refer to the printed paperwork with the corresponding letters. Not helpful at all. As far as the product working not sure, it was a gift, but I was asked what piece was what. So I had to tell them I had no clue. I felt the company when they sent it to me with the "figure it out paperwork". Lucky they got a 3 since I assume it is working the way they want it to.

Seem to be okay; just got it. Had some difficulty sticking on the first use. Was promised 10 free gel pads only received 5. I do feel sensation while in use. I’ll update review with Result after 2 months- hopefully they’re positive

This technology has been around for decades in physical therapy, so it’s proven and far from new. However, messing with expensive gel pads and getting it to stay put has always been the kicker. Here’s my trick…get a simple sweat/exercise belt they sell everywhere and sew the conductor pad to the inside of the belt. I cut a little window in the belt (it’s easier to install if you mount the unit toward the end of the belt) for the control unit. With a consumer grade sewing machine stitch the unit to the inside of the belt, conductors facing you. You could also take it to any Taylor and they could do it. As long as you steer clear of the gray conductive strips (see photo), you are gravy. Now you can just put a little aloe gel on the pads for conductivity, place it where you want it, activate the controller then wrap the belt the rest of the way around. I rotate it around my body clockwise in 4 zones and with this belt covering the bright control box you can wear it all day and nobody would know. No, it’s not a replacement for exercise, but Bruce lee made this type of targeted muscle development famous in fitness. The idea of being able to develop specific muscle groups WHILE DOING SOMETHING ELSE is a life changer for me. Time is money. Good luck.

Too many medical restrictions,nakes one concerned about the safety of using this product as some of us do not even know all of our medical conditions.I am going to have to return this item. However it is such a good idea instrument that I just wish that I could be confident about it's safety. I am 67 years old!3 stars for the idea of this product .

They work for a short time then don’t

same as with other reviews, I am getting an occasional zap which is completely uncomfortable. I tried all suggestions, changed gel pads, wiped skin down again...nope, still getting a zap

Unit works well....just took forever to get here

In my opinion this was not worth the price. Even though it was only $40 Canadian, you really get what you pay for I guess. When you get the box is very cheap looking and there’s not much in there. But item itself is made up of really nothing and very flimsy materials I used it and literally felt nothing. So it was not as advertised, in my personal opinion I would’ve recommended and I wouldn’t buy it.

Utter garbage. Directions are garbage, product is garbage. Had to crank up the power to feel anything at all. Got a sharp stabbing pain at one point that I’m assuming was a short. Never get that with my tens. Do not purchase this product.

I have try this a few times and keep receiving elect shocks. Some of the elect pads are black. You also have to change the pads every time you use it. also there no water on stimulator or my self.

It worked for the first 2 weeks. I felt the vibration and after a few days. It gave me sharp stabbing pain and left red burning marks. I tried to contact the seller twice and no response.
