Good shims
They are good. Used them for my son’s frog bike as most of the handle hight extenders are set for larger handle bars. Fitting was easy and it holds the handle in place well

Great once clamped tight, but can be tricky until Stem clamp tightened
Worked great, but was tricky to hold together on handlebar until Stem clamp fitted and tightened, maybe some stickiness or other method to hold it on/together could be have been included.
