The doctor told me that I have flat feet and recommended for me to wear supportive insoles for my arches. These insoles work very well. They are well made and provide me with the arch support that I need. They easily fit into my sneakers. Hopefully, I can naturally strengthen and build my arches back up so that I won’t have a need for added support.I wear a size 9 in women and a size 7 in men’s shoes. I ordered the size medium arch supports.The shipping is very fast as well. I received my order within two days.

Perfect fit. I held it up to my foot and it fit the contours perfectly. When I first tried them in my shoes I felt a difference literally as soon as I stood up. My ankle felt more aligned, and felt like I was standing up straighter than I used to. The insole itself is rock solid, yet wearing it it feels comfy and has a slight spring to the step under the heal. I wore them literally all day and they stayed comfy all day.
