Great for 2000 VW Jetta (mk 4)
Right product at the right price. Shipped quickly. Fits my 2000 VW Jetta (mk 4). Replaced dry rotted speakers with JBL Club 6500 tweeter/mid-woofer combo. Man, does it sound nice now. These little adapters helped simplify the job. It was a tricky bit of business with the tweeters. Otherwise, pretty straightforward. Trick is to use the tweeter wiring in the OEM harness. Then you can snip the white (tweeter neg) and black (tweeter pos) wires from the woofer wiring harness. Then just connect a short run of speaker wire for the tweeter to the crossover. The woofer can be wired directly to the speaker in the lower part of the door. Tip: run wires through the same loom that runs into the door hinge boot. With the OEM woofer out, you can feel for the wire as you push it through. Then all you have to do is make those connections on the crossover. Hope that helps someone out there. Not for the easily frustrated, but well worth the effort.

These are AMAZING!!
These are great. I have a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI; Installed 4 JBL GX628 6.5" speakers into each door, and they work perfectly and sound flawless. Before finding these, I was preparing to cut the factory harnesses and do a bunch of soldering; I even purchased a pack of spade connectors. Ultimately I decided to not go that route, and tried my luck to find something like this and fortunately they worked. Don't hesitate to purchase these... Especially for the price. I also got them the very next day; and I'm in Chicago!

Freaking amazing!
I usually never write a review but I just did my first install of speakers ever and this made it sooo easy on my 2011 Jetta. They were plug and play, it literally took 2 seconds! No need to cut and wires and the price for 4 is a steal. I highly recommend these

okay, but the speaker ends needed size adjustment
They work well, the problem is the ends don't quite fit on some higher end speaker tabs, so had to get out the needle nose and tweak the ends to fit. was a chore

Connectors are way too small
The connectors for the speaker are too small and needed to be replaced with normal connectors.

Avoided cutting wires
Bought new speakers and didn’t want to modify the oem harness so gave these a try. They work great and easy to install.
