FLASH HOBBY D3536 1450KV Brushless Outrunner Motor with 2-4s Lipo (1450kv)

Q: Anybody use a D-power D3536 1450kv brushless with a 9x6 prop on a 3 cell battery with 35c discharge rate?

Your prop is a bit light but the combination should work. I used a slightly bigger prop.

Q: Is the shaft reversible?

You can reverse the rotation of the shaft by using a bidirectional ESC or changing two of the motor leads to opposite attachment. If you need the shaft to come out of the base you have to be a style of motor that has that feature.

Q: Will a 30 amp esc work with this motor ?

With a 30 amp ESC you would be at max load, a 50 amp ESC would be a much safer choice which would run cooler and give you some margin of power supply.
