Good, but overheated easily
I doubt if I'm using it in wrong place? In SG, it overheats after 5min outside filming. I fully understand that since SG is in tropical area. However, in north CHN, it overheats after 8min outside filming, in winter under 0C. Fortunately, it's a good stuff for warming my hands in such frozen days. Probably this product is designed for using at north/south pole.

Item arrived defective, return process was fairly smooth
Item arrived with loose shutter button. Returned for a refund. Process was fairly smooth, however the HST for my shipping fee was not refunded.

Great camera.
Excellet camera, simple to use, extremely capable of capturing fantastic images and videos. I use it professionally and it always meets or exceeds my expectations.

Battery life is only drawback
High quality pictures and rather fast interface. Pairing to the app was simple and almost did it on its own. The battery life isn't great, however. Down 9% in about 5-7min of use. I would still recommend it, however.

Very good photos, OK videos
This is my first 360 camera, so my learning curve was quite steep. After familiarizing myself with a variety of its capabilities and shooting photos and videos for several months, I'm quite impressed with the pictures it can take. The 11k x 5.5k resolution is pretty amazing. Videos (up to 8k) can turn out quite well when there is enough light. The "stitching" or merging of the front and rear images from the 2 separate lenses seems good but an image blur is noticeable along that line. The camera is lightweight and small in size, so it fits into your pocket to take almost anywhere. The built-in GPS receiver is convenient although my smartphone's GPS is more accurate. Having said that, I can't give it 5 stars for various reasons. For starters, the low-light performance leaves things to be desired. On outdoor photos, the details in the picture disappear about 15 minutes after sunset. For videos in fully automated exposure mode, when the light level drops slightly (like being in the shade of trees) the exposure time increases and leaves things blurry quickly, especially when you are moving with the camera. When the touchscreen is on, the battery only lasts for about 1/2 hour, so I usually use a battery pack with a USB cord to power the camera. The app / software is simple, and as far as I can tell editing your footage with it is very limited. There are a few minor bugs with the camera itself, like the compass has lost its calibration during shooting, or at the end of recording a video the camera has gotten stuck in a "processing . . . " loop for a long time. I'm hoping that there will be a future iteration of this camera that will address some of these issues. For now, I'm reasonably happy with this model.
