It's a decent back stretcher and you can really put a good arc on it for that extra long stretch (not advisable) but the neck stretcher is useless.Unless you have a child's neck, the arc is not large enough to provide any kind of neck stretching action and it simply becomes an uncomfortable neck holder.The red foam doesn't really sit still on either of the pieces unless you decide to glue it in placeTL;DRBuy it for the back stretcher, not the neck piece, cuz it doesn't work.

Took just a few minutes to figure out how to put together but was simple enough, you just have to twist the part in the middle to adjust the height of the back stretcher. So tried out the back stretcher and at first it was a big uncomfortable but then you just have to adjust to find the right spot and breathe into it and then it was so relaxing, my back just eased up and kind of melted into it. It was placing my back in the position it SHOULD be in. Will be using this to relieve pain and tension for sure.

The feel of quality...is Not transferable if the quality is not there..... Quality of this product is pleasingly acceptable. Thank you.

Seems to be pretty solid, easy to adapt the height on the back stretcher. The neck stretcher, whilst fairly obvious what you do with it, does not match the images even on the amazon page and definitely not the instructions.

A good tool for stretching and muscle tension relaxation.Came packaged in a nice box and the product seems to be well made
