Appear to be above average quality
I haven't had a chance to run with these much yet (just got them today), but they look and feel higher quality than the usual Chinese mini grabbers.I tested them out with a Brymen multimeter and they read as 0.2 Ohms for the most part (one probe read 0.3 and one 0.4 Ohm). That matches up with some Tek and HP minigrabbers I have. I do have a set of Tek minigrabbers that have metal stems (covered in plastic) that read as 0.1, but they're more expensive.What I get with these that I don't get with the Tek/HP units are colors. Sometimes it's nice to have colors without resorting to stickers (that sometimes fall off).I think these are worth the money.

These work good for breadboard kits for testingAnd Electronics hobby kits that come with jumper wires. Bought a set earlier from another vendor wasn’t no where as good as these!Better quality than most
