are these sweet potatoes?

No, they are not sweet potatoes. They taste like any white potato except when cooked they have a slight blue color.

How many approximately does 2 pounds equal?

Neat. No one has asked me a question before. I received 16 seed potatoes, but some are larger than others. So I guess it depends on what fits in the 2 pounds. That’s a good estimate.
