Snapped Apart After 6 Months of Light Use
I purchased this band to do the 'Low Back Pull Down' exercise 3 or 4 times a week for about a minute each use. Compared to the other exercises the advertising claims this band can do, I don't think I was stressing it excessively. However, it snapped apart after having used it for about 6 months (see attached photo). Since the break occurred at a point in the band that was hidden by the middle tube, I didn't notice if the band was showing signs of fatigue beforehand. There does not appear to be fatigue anywhere else on the band.Very disappointing since my previous band lasted many years. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this product.

Makes for a better more resistant workout
I like this band a lot, I use it for resistance training and stretching. I basically use it on almost all my workout especially around the thighs for a tighter butt. Try it out you will not be disappointed. They come in different colors depending on just how much resistance you want.

No Excuses Available
My headline says it all. It can be with us when we travel - but also in the family room.

arrived as expected
I used these at a gym I used to go to. I now do home workouts several days a week. These are exactly what I used, and am happy with them.

like it
I am allowed to do only "non-fatiguing" exercise and therefore try to find things that are "resistance" based. I found an article that showed a number of exercises using these bow type tubes. I like them. It's just rubber tubing with plastic handles and effective.
