This is the best kept secret EVER! Works great, cooks great, easy to use and clean....I can't say enough good things! Scrambled eggs take about 30 seconds, literally from start to finish! Hard boiled eggs come out perfect every time! Poached eggs are a little more done than I'd like but I've only made them twice so will try alternatives to get them soft in the middle, like I like.

I don't know why this is, (whether it's the egg size or what), but using the lines on the measuring cup are not accurate for large Costco eggs. When I follow the measuring lines, I wind up with hard-boiled poached eggs. (Blech.) After some experimenting, I managed to get the water level and timing correct, and the product works great now turning out consistently great poached eggs. Also makes omelets great as well.

Is a great item. So easy to use and the noise level is great. Work great but it doesnt let you know when done. It takes about 15 mins and then done.

When I first got this egg cooker for poaching eggs, it worked GREAT! However, after a while, the heating unit started operating hotter and instead of steaming the water in the tank, it boiled the water, leaving the eggs a watery mess. I compleined to Hamilton Beach and they sent me another unit (after I paid shipping). The second unit worked fine for a while then started doing the same thing the first unit did leaving me a watery mess. If HB could fix this problem, I would give them 5 stars as the initial poached eggs came out great.

Wow works excellent easy to use very durable egg quality and boiling quality is great.

I was so hopeful and looking forward to Sous vide eggs, not rubbery baked muffin tin eggs. It does the job but I have a few issues with how they made it. The water holding space needs to be deeper because by the time the light goes off, all water is in the cups with the eggs or boiled out the lid seam, and the water in the bottom of the chamber is baked out and burnt. If they made the chamber deeper, the water would stay where it should be and not boil out. The hard boiled egg feature does what it should. The water did not boil out. The eggs were done perfectly. I do wish there was a beep or some notification that it's done other than just the light silently going out. I wanted to return it but it wasn't an option or my Orders list.

Cooks poached eggs excellent. Only thing I use it for. No complaints.
