It fits my 2004 BT Cruiser. It's not a perfect fit. The hole is a bit wider than this which means I can attach screws on one side but not the other. I handymanned it and attach a piece of pine to one side.The frame completely covers the previous frame's area. My frame was held on screws inside the hole, but if yours is held on by screws drilled into the side of your RV, this frame should cover them nicely.I've seen people use butyl tape as a sealer rather than caulking. Then they apply a bead of caulk to the outside. I have butyl tape that is sticky on one side. The benefit is that it will compress a bit as the frame is tightened down. It might be more trouble than it is worth though. I may just caulk it as full as possible and wipe off the excess after squeezing the frame on.Going by the company logo on it and the sales picture, this is designed to have the locking dealies on top. I've seen plenty of BT Cruisers with the locking dealies on the bottom. So watch out. If you put it on upside down, you'll be drawing water in during a rainstorm.

Was a pretty good product. But it did not fit so I donated it to the RV store down the street. Someone else could use it.
