Yes, this camera can work with 5GHz.

Do I have to subscribe to the cloud?

No, the cloud is not mandatory. The camera can record events (up to 12 seconds) in the last 24 hours. But if you need to record longer videos, please insert a micro SD card (up to 256GB) or subscribe to the cloud.

The camera won't connect.

Please long-press the reset button until the camera makes a sound and the light starts flashing red, then try to connect it again.

Can I view the camera on different phones at the same time?

Yes. You can log in to your existing account on another phone to view the device simultaneously. Alternatively, you may also create a new blurams account and share the camera from your original account to the new one.

What should I note about the installation location?

The device has a power port near the bottom. To avoid malfunction or fire hazard, please do not install it near liquids, pet urine, pet hair, curtains or other flammable materials. If you have any other questions, you can find us on the package.
