The towel warmer is very nice. We have been using it for about two weeks. Even though it says you can warmer two large bath sheets in the barrel at one time, neither one will be overly warm. My advice is to warm them individually. The bath sheets we have are 33" x 70" and if they are both inserted, neither one gets really warm. Also, understand that it is not warm like it was just removed from a hot dryer. It has a "SPA" like feel to it. Warm but, only a little moist.

This has a 15 minute timer on it and I will say it needs the full 15 minutes to warm a towel all the way through. I have extra large towels and I can't wait to use this in the frigid MN winter.

A towel warmer isn't a necessity, it a luxury item and it is awesome. The Keenhot towel warmer can heat up to 266 F and has a timer for 15/30/45/60 mins. It's pretty lightweight, maybe less than 10 pounds and comes with a fragrance disc (under the lid) for aromatherapy which I did not use. My routine now has been throwing a towel in the towel warmer, turn it on with the default setting at 15 mins, hop in the shower and when I am done, I have a nice warm towel waiting for me. I do want to inform people that if you roll/fold a towel and select the 15-minute mode, the outside of the towel will be nice and hot while inside will be less than warm. If the 30-minute mode is selected, then the whole towel will be warm. But I think it's easier to throw in a non-folded/rolled towel inside so there is more surface area available, and 15 minutes is sufficient to warm up a whole towel. I love this towel warmer; I use it every day when I shower, and I also throw in my clothes too, so everything is warm. I will continue to use daily, and I think it would be a great wedding/new home gift.

Iv been using it every day since I received it. Works great for towels and blankets. There's nothing like a warm towel getting out of the shower, or a warm blanket on the couch when you are chilly. Cant wait to use this in the winter!!

Heats up towel quickly. Cant wait to use in winter to warm up my socks or robe.

This look is so unique, it's like a piece of art in my home. The handles on both sides make it very convenient for you to move. These towel warmers are worth the investment for more than comfort though because they can dry damp towels more quickly to help prevent bacterial growth...It takes about 15 minutes for it to warm up, if your towel is thick, you can heat it longer. It is big enough to hold two!!!

We traded in our first one as we got an error after 3 times of usage. The 2nd one, the bottom doesn't warm up.

There were very mixed reviews on this. I wasn’t worried about the complaints of the towels not staying hot cuz well if you don’t know….but many about it stopping working. I’ve only had it a couple months in a covered porch next to our swim spa and if it does die I’ll buy another to replace it when it does. I love having a warm towel when stepping out of 100 degree water to 40 degree air.
