I've been loving this brand for a while, the quality of everything i get from this brand is great. I am able to take less with this b12. I can not function with b12, at around 12 i developed TMJ problems, i couldn't do hot, or cold anything, not even ice cream (you know it's bad when a kid doesn't eat ice cream) i was told by my nature path doctor, to take 10,000 mcg every day, i still do now I've tried going without, nope. I saw these at i was looking at what mico ingredients had, saw this and did the math a little cheaper then what i was using, and lasts longer! Great value! I actually feel better then i used too. Easy to chew after a minute, and i just take it like a pill, flavour is actually really good. Energy levels haven't dropped any overall i feel good.
