MoenVichy Chrome One-Handle Single Hole Modern Bathroom Faucet, 6710

I like the way this looks on my countertop. I do not like how the water stains are constant. I didn't have this on the old faucet, and wonder if this is due to the tap actually extending out into the sink itself. So for my AAA personality I need to clean this off every time someone uses the sink. UGH. For the price you would think it would have a stain resistant feature. The sink stopper was also a little challenging to get installed for the plumber because she wanted to allow for a looser seal. What is the point of that???? I requested her to make it tighter but that meant there is very little room for water to drain. Meaning if you fill the sink then the water will drain slower than most other sinks. Otherwise it is pretty and modern looking in the powder room.

We are remodling a whole house while living in it. Whew! I purchased this as granite was going in but we were not ready to tackle shower. Moen chrome was in the baths. Our other bath was gutted so we wanted to maintain this one's function so we went back with Moen (existing was the cheapest the previous owner could find). Wanted to go with bronze finish, but stayed with chrome to match existing shower. I don't like the joystick tiny handles of other designs and wanted something a little more elevated even if it was going to be temporary. I was blown away when this arrived. I guess it was SO much better than the Moen big box grade, or the cheap Moen previous. The finish of this chrome is flawless. Very heavy, rich feel. Now I will try to match this in the shower. I love it that much! Also we have very hard water and I like that the lines are thin enough water doesn't really sit to stain. Installed for a month and no drips, nothing loose. Lovely! Also...I purchased 2- another style in polished nickel and really wowed by them. Rich luxury. I like these Moens much better than the Delta kitchen faucet. Only thing I would say is Moen needs to work on their gold finish. More orange than a soft brushed gold. We had to go with Delta in kitchen because of this. Will change out to a nickel Moen when time arises.

My old faucet was leaking, so I was happy to have this faucet on hand when the plumber came out. It is sturdy and stylish and the water stream is great with the right amount of aeration. Easy to swivel from hot to cold. Drain closes and opens efficiently and forms a tight seal. The plumber was able to install it in a short period of time. I would highly recommend.

Great looking faucet but spend the extra on the stainless steel. A few bucks saved on chrome isn’t worth years of cleaning water stains every time you use it.
