Easy to install and does the job very well. This gives a nice bright light and the sensor seems to respond as expected. The remote is very handy as you can adjust the time delay for it to switch off and the brightness level which as useful to have. Overall very pleased with the light and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The luminaire body looks and feels quality with options of fixing screws and plugs for brick / concrete. The bracket is simple and gives plenty of movement for the adjustment of the bodyThere is a good length of connecting cable supplied already connected internally with a good weather-proof gland and comes with in-line crimping connectors supplied if this is required - I have used a weather-proof box to connect with an already installed power source. It comes connected internally so you don’t have to break into the body of the luminaire. The body has good heat sink and has good metal screw fixings - no plasticThe idea of the remote control seems a good idea - I will comment further when I have powered-upOverall it seems a good quality luminaire and with a good priceGood design and quality with a good price

Great functionally,remote feature for setting well worth it

A well made easy to fit led security light. The remote control makes adjustments a doddle as well as being able to turn the light on manually when required. The flex is plenty long enough to run it to a fused spur.The casing is IP66 which is waterproof. So it will easily endure the British weather. For many years to come, hopefully. The motion detector is adjustable up and down and side to side. Making it easy to detect a predator or assist oneself opening the garage door.

Got two of these, one 50w and one 30w, to replace two old and broken halogen units.Went for these partly for brightness, and partly due to them being IP66 rated. IP65 stuff doesn't always cope well with heavy rain. Given we're in Scotland, we need units that CAN cope with heavy rain. These have taken a couple of rainstorms already and all fine so far. Were installed by an electrician, and he seemed impressed enough with the build quality. Can't yet comment on lifespan, not had them long enough.In terms of brightness, we use the 30w one in a small courtyard area. The 50w one is on the front of the building illuminating a large turning area and parking spaces. I actually had to dim the 50w one slightly as it's really bright, even in a large area like ours. The motion pickup seems to kick in a reasonable distance away, maybe 12-15 feet or so?I would imagine the 30w one will be fine if mounting on top of a single garage in front of a pretty standard house. Personally, I'd say you only need to go up to the 50w one for a larger garden or something.Lets hope they last. I'm impressed so far.

Got this light for our patio area. The sensors work really well, but flying insects do not set it off, so it is not on constantly. It is like daylight when it is on, and stays on for about 3mins or so. It is early days, but will see how long it lasts for. Good value for money at the price and the light you get for your money.
