Well made titanium baubles are my weakness
These are the products of a global civilization and will become the first things to become unobtainable once society collapses. Good to stock up on these types of things to barter with in our upcoming post-apocalyptic future.

Much lighter & easier to remove/add keys than steel keyrings
I think the biggest thing about these is their light weight. It is also much easier to add or remove keys to or from them than steel split key rings. This is especially true if you have thick-bodied car keys or fobs. You have to push one layer of the ring to the side. The easiest way to do this is to lay one side of the key on its side right or left of the ring of the ring near a break. Push the key to the side toward the break. Then push the key into the gap between the layers. Push the key until the end of outer layer of the ring is centered over the hole in the key. Now rotate the key 90 degrees so it is between the layers of the ring with the outer layer of the ring going into the hole. Continue pushing the ket until it is on the ring. Donโt try to shove a key between the ring layers from top to bottom to avoid distorting the ring.

Pretty Good
These rings work pretty well for keys, and so far I haven't had any issues with them -- they make it pretty easy to take keys off and on, compared to the more traditional spiral designs and they feel sturdier too. I did use one of the rings to hold my dogs tag to their collar, and unfortunately that ring didn't hold up so well, but technically it's still there so I guess it works well enough :p
