Finished 14# of chuck roll double grind in 20 minutes
I just finished processing 55# of chuck roll and processed the scraps and mini pieces into 14# of about an 80/20 ground beef mix in about 20 minutes, double grinding the beef. I've read the reviews on not going over 10 minutes per the instructions, and the motor gets pretty warm. It took about 20 minutes to cool down before I used it again. It's a beast! It never gummed up or slowed down, though I did start with beef that still had some ice crystals in it. But even the warmer stuff processed well. I wasn't willing to risk it, but it wasn't a problem because it spits out much faster than I thought.I double ground using the same large plate. I'm not sure yet what I'd use the two smaller ones for but something might come up.Cleanup was pretty easy as well. It comes apart easily and there aren't any hidden parts or grooves that require work. I would recommend getting a bottle brush for the neck area. You could probably use a thin washrag but the brush made it easy.As for concerns I've seen others raise about not putting the parts in the dishwasher and what that means for quality, this is the same allow that places like KitchenAid use and they give the same instructions. I don't know why but I think that perhaps it is used over other grades like stainless to be stronger under tension, as high carbon stainless can be brittle. If you aren't very fast with your hands, getting a little extra help might be worthwhile. I parked a bowl under the exit end and the bowl with the meat/fat on the right and fed it in, one hand to scoop and the other to shove towards the hole. I didn't bother with the plunger except for a couple of times with some bigger chunks and then at the end. I'd then quickly push the ground meat to the other side. There might be faster devices that you don't have to turn off, but they are quite a bit more and unless you are doing commercial work, I don't see the purpose. This is for home use only. One caution, just don't do bones from any animal, even if you're using this to make dog food. It's not built for that and I don't think the screw drive or the grinder would handle it. Look your meat over carefully and remove any bone or tough hide reminants.

Worth it
I vetted reviews hard before my purchase specifically people taking issue with aluminum parts and slow processing. In the end I purchased because the motor wattage was up to 3000.I’m impressed. I ground 25lbs of cubed meat into sausage in minutes; and because I rest my mixture overnight I stuffed the following day, all in about 1.5-2hrs.The machine is powerful for a home user and will do anything you want. Fat, tendon, silver skin, all ground into the mixture with no noticeable change in mouthfeel. The 3/4” tube stuffed the casing easily and was workable during start/stop periods.Downside: one thing! It’s loud. Not jackhammer loud but loud enough I grabbed ear plugs, maybe I’m just getting old. My wife was in meetings in the office 30ft away and said it was fine.Cleaning was easy. Hand wash and really had a good look at the quality of components and I have to say I’m impressed. For the cost of the machine it easily outdoes anything 3X the price. Highly recommend.Pics are suggestive but hey, it’s sausage.

A Major Improvement Over Lesser Grinder
We own an upscale restaurant and several years ago starting using our meat and fish trimmings as ingredients in homemade dog food for our dogs, then dogs of our staff, then dogs of friends and so on. In short we make a LOT of dog food which requires grinding a LOT of meat and fish.We started three years ago with a HOUSNAT 2000W grinder. Took lots of time, got hot, lasted a year, replaced with same, lasted a year. We decided it was time to get something with more power and capacity and opted for this 3000W AAOBOSI.It's like going from a minibike to a Ducati Monster. Well built, plenty of power, easy to setup and clean. When we needed to contact the manufacturer for information on blade replacement, they were prompt, courteous, and super helpful. Very glad we made this decision.

Home Meat Grinder
I received the meat grinder and tried it today. The parts of the machine can be disassembled and cleaned, which is very convenient. The accessories are also very complete. It can also be used to grind vegetables for children. I recommend friends who need it to try it.

Was just as expected
For the smaller kitchen jobs , this grinder does the trick. 20 lbs of meat at one time is the limit before it needs to cool down.It is rather noisy.
