Item was received on time and securely packaged. Seems to work well and water is better in taste.

Water definitely tastes better after going through this filter. As others have pointed out, the filtration rate is slow so do be prepared to wait 15/20 minutes. My only concern is the durability, when full, I feel like the handle might snap, so i hood it from the bottom. Apart from that all In all, probably the best water filter on the market.

Edit: Developed leaks after a month or so with gentle use. Kind of unacceptable for the price point. No real alternative though if you want this level of filtration all in one. Just beware it will probably happen.

Very expensive for something that has cracked with normal usage. We have hand washed only, not dropped it

Lovely jug but disappointed as the filters haven’t been in stock for months, so am unable to use. Think they may have been discontinued.

Too big to fit in the fridge. Too big to fit under the tap. Too difficult and expensive to find genuine filter replacements. Better finding a well stocked brand at your local store.

Bought this twice. Both times, without any rough handling or mistreatment, cracks appeared in the plastic and began leaking water everywhere after barely a month of use. Ridiculous quality in the craftsmanship, which is a shame because it's an otherwise good product that removes the unappealing taste of my tap water.

Water safety seems to be an issue these days, considering that my community uses river water and we are downstream from a city who knows what chemicals/ drugs are in the water, this removes things that I would have never thought of including ibuprofen and microplastics.... It's reasonably priced for what you are getting. It takes out more things than a regular LifeStraws Straw, although you wouldn't carry this in your backpack. It also retains some minerals in the water like calcium, magnesium and potassium, unlike some other water filters.
