I have seen results with this product. I am not as anxious and their are no side affects as compared to a medication for anxiety.I take one in the morning and one in the evening and I do feel much calmer.i would highly recommend this product as so many today are under a lot of stress.

Even Red Sox fans will be able to watch it
My father-in-law has been an avid Yankees fan since the 1940's, I'm a Red Sox fan who bought this for him as a Christmas present. We both enjoyed the old clips and interviews, plus he said he learned facts he didn't know which I didn't think was possible. It's a great gift for any Yankee fan who fell in love with them many years ago.

Yankee history is a must if you're a Yankee fan or not but it's very enjoyable it's baseball historyl at it's highest level

The best baseball documentary on the market today, great footage, some never seen before, great interviews, the quality is excellant. This is the best way to relive Yankee triumphs and certain tradgedies.I would recommend this dvd to all baseball history buffs.
