No. I'm sorry to say they're pretty much junk. I wouldn't spend a penny on them.

Hi Agnes and Gladdy, Thank you for your question. The stool is about 12-inches tall when unfolded. It is designed to make it easy to reach the ground while seated.

Q: Is this lightweight enough to carry up stairs that have pots on them?

I am not really sure what you are asking but the garden tool set is fairly easy to carry. I quess it would depend on how wide your stairs are and how much space the pots take up as to whether or not you can carry this up stairs.
