I got this phone for my mom because her old phone was a 3G phone and it stopped working properly. We live in the US and we all had to upgrade earlier this year in order to keep our phone service working. This is a good basic phone for seniors with some extra apps like a music player, calculator, unit conversion, and others. It even has a youTube app but I haven't tried it. Battery life is a little better than average. The phone doesn't power off instantly pressing and holding the red end call button like the old phone did, instead you get a dialog offering you to power down, restart phone, or lock screen mode. It's an extra step and probably most people won't mind. My mom is a senior who doesn't like to fuss around with buttons too much and the old way was much more easier for her. Other than that, I would recommend this phone to other people. (This phone doesn't work with T-mobile sim cards.)

Purchased this as a replacement for the phone my elderly Uncle had originally purchased from AT&T directly. This is a basic flip phone which serves the basic functions of a cell phone. Purchased from Amazon based on the recommendation of an AT&T store employee who told us that it would be 25% cheaper to buy one from Amazon for the exact same phone. Only needed to remove the SIM card from the old phone and insert it into the new one, very easy.

Needed to replace my old neighbors phone (same model) because he wore out the keypad after a couple years.Works nicely with AT&T 4G LTE, put in the new SIM, gave it a few minutes and had to restart the phone but then it works just fine.Idk how but my neighbor was able to store his phone numbers on the sim card, they showed up on the new phone after the old sim was put into the phone.50 bucks is kinda pricey? But it's the only option I see on the market.Works, didn't have to deal with AT&T at all. 5/5

I purchased this as my young teen had access to too many things on the iPhone I got her. Since this, screen time is way day and she’s more involved. 10/10 for your kid

After AT&T shut down their 3G, my brother's phone quit working even though his model was listed to work with Puretalk. He had a 4G phone but to no avail...wouldn't work. I had to find him a replacement flip phone and read on the listing that this worked with Puretalk so I chose it. If it didn't work, would've returned it. All I did was insert his new SIM card Puretalk sent him for free. His old SIM was very old. He has been using Puretalk for years. I had to put in the APN programming codes in this phone in two locations under cellular and data. The APN is on their website plus they are sent with the SIM card. If you have any problems just give their tech support a call. They have US based tech support and customer reps. Less of a wait later in the evening for tech support. The phone works fine and his voice comes thru nice and clear. I wish the volume was a bit louder but it will do. Older folks don't hear as well.

I had to call AT&T customer service for help on getting it startedafter putting my sim card in it.But nothing to refer to at all.
