SunButter Creamy Sunflower Seed Butter To Go Cups, Nut Free, 6 Cups

Purchased this on a whim specifically as an alternative to peanut butter, which my kids have never tried due to allergies. The taste is incredibly consistent with the taste of eating pure sunflower seeds. The texture is exactly like peanut butter. One of my sons was eager to try it, but he didn't like it at all, not on a spoon, nor on a cracker, nor by itself on a slice of toast, nor with strawberry jelly in a toasted sandwich. My younger son was scared to taste it because he thought it looked like cat food, but he enjoyed the flavor in all the aforementioned methods of delivery. Since one of our kids really likes it and we, the grown-ups, like it, we'll probably eat it all and purchase more.

Love SunButter but I don't eat it often enough to keep the regular sized jar from separating. What a mess! The On the Go is perfect for making a sandwich or spreading on toast or on crackers. Easy to tote too. End result is that I am eating it more often and enjoying it more.

This product tastes so great! I’m 32 and had my first butter (sun butter) and jelly sandwich ever today and it was so delicous! As someone who rarely changes their eating routine, It was so nice to eat something that was made in a nut free factory and not have to worry about the outcome! I will be ordering more and trying this as a substitute for peanut butter in recipes.

These are really handy for packing lunches. My kids eat apples and sunbutter all the time and this makes it super easy.

I didnt like the flavor but my kids did.

I enjoy this product but haven't been able to find it in stores lately. I ordered two packages. One was fine but one had somehow leaked inside so that all the individual containers as well as the inside of the main package are covered in a thin oily layer of sunbutter. I am not pleased with this purchase.

Great for travel or work. I don’t get enough fat in my diet when traveling and this helps. It is a bit messy and separates some so be careful opening it!

This is more of a joke gift for my son. On a Boy Scout multi-day hike, every one of the scouts detested Sun Butter. THey'd fight over the food until someone agreed to eat the dreaded sunflower based peanut butter like food. Every so often I buy a jar or pack of these to give to my son as a joke. He still gets a good laugh and the dog's mouth gets glued shut for a while.
