NOT A 5 STAR REVIEW; PRODUCT IS A 1 STAR!!!This is labeled a 5 star review as typically people only look at 5 star reviews but this product was a 1. Product was dead on arrival, would not charge or turn on. I tried different outlets and charging cables and let it sit for hours charging only for nothing to happen. Headset was also not nearly as comfy as advertised and adjusting it wasnt great either. I bought this as it was over 50% off but I was better off spending more money on a different product.The main complaint that I saw before buying was this exact problem, the product was dead on arrival and would not turn on. I saw this complaint a lot and unfortunately I guess it happens more often than expected. I'm really disappointed as I've bought hyperx products before without issues but this was a huge let down. Plus the return process was a pain. You're better off saving your money and buying something better and higher quality.

Update (if you get your package without a battery hazard label on the outside, then you should just return it as they didn't include the batteries. Unfortunately they know it has no battery so they didn't label it as it is required by law to be marked with a hazard labeled with a battery) this item is a scam Bought the first one for Christmas (a renewed version) it was missing the usb dongle to connect so it was worthless. So I returned it and bought a 2nd brand new one... and it was dead on arrival. It would not charge, and would not turn on. There must be zero quality control. I'm trying a 3rd time as they say it's the charm but at this rate I don't expect it to last if it even works. I would say for anyone looking at these, try a better quality company that actually checks if their products work and are complete before they send them out.The replacement is also Dead On Arrival. Do not buy this garbage!!!

I order these for work mostly as i work from home a lot and wanted a wireless headset for phone and online meetings. I usually do not like over the ear headsets but these are some of the most comfortable headsets I have ever used. The sound quality is great and the wireless distance is really good. I can not think of a nicer headset for the money, you could get. I had an accident with the dongle after about 3 months and called to ask if I could order a replacement instead of a whole new headset. The service tech I spoke to, Chris, was very polite and professional. He didn't just get me a new dongle, i was sent a whole new headset FedEx'd overnight. Again, I know there are probably better headsets out there for more money but the quality along with the great customer service I received, I can not help but recommend this product. They got a customer for life and I will be looking into more of their products for home use in the near future. Note, sound quality is subjective to the listener, but I would definitely recommend trying these and judge for yourself.

I'm very happy with the product. The ears are comfortable for a few hours but will get hot after time ( I use this as a headset for work). The construction is very sturdy and have no complaints there. I had an issue where I kept accidentally breaking plastic headsets just by taking them off my giant head. That's not a problem with the aluminum construction on this headset.The headset is plug and play so if you don't want to deal with installing software (your work pc might be locked down by your IT team and not let you use headset that require software to connect).Pros: Good construction and sound quality, easy to use with just a plug in dongle and it will work with multiple devices (not at the same time) like a playstation or xbox. Fairly comfortable but it if you have a big ears or a big head it might not be the most comfortable for an entire day. I usually where them for a whole shift and occasionally just flip it to one ear to let my ears breath and i'm ok.Cons: The headset will occasionally disconnect without warning so if you're taking calls you will need to occasionally check to see if it's still on. This is after long periods of not getting any sound from the device so if you're working on your pc for a while with out getting a call or it making noise it will shut off and in most cases you get a beep as it shuts off (but not always). This is most likely a power saving feature.Battery life: The battery life is solid with light use(calls and message alerts) I can get through a slow week without having to recharge until the last day.It also charges with a USB-C port so it charges fairly fast 2-3 hours.The mic is fairly thin sounding but there's not a lot of issues with clarity as far as i can tell.I'm pretty happy with this purchase and would recommend to someone for gaming or as a work headset or even a media headset.

I've only used this for a couple days but they've been great. The foam around the ears is extremely soft limiting the pressure on the side of your head. I just plugged in the USB receiver, turned on the headset and everything just worked (Win10 + Win11). The mic connection is very tight (a good thing) so it takes a little might to get it seated properly. Sound quality is really good. I've been using my iPhone headset for MS Teams calls and the sound quality is much better with these over the apple headset. I was on a 3 hour meeting with the headset. My office is in the basement and I was walking all over the house while still connected to my PC in the basement. There is some noise cancellation but I would not call them "noise cancelling." Overall, they're a really high value. ~ Software engineer

I only put 5 stars because nobody reads the other reviews but please do not waste your money this headset will not work. Unit was DOA did not turn on or charge fresh out of the box. Countless people are having the same issue with no fix and HyperX doing nothing to get the dead units of the market.
