Q: If i cut it in half and stick it back together will it heal?

this cutting mat is in (Inches only with pre defined angles of 30, 45, & 60°). The U-Line cutting mat (Model No. S-18543 thru S-18548 has both inches and cm markings. Hope this helps.

Q: Can this be used with an exacto knife and can you cut fondant on it?

I use an exacto knife on mine, I use for cutting gaskets and for cutting out stencils. Isn't fondant cake for decorating cakes? I'm not sure if this mat is food safe, you'd have to contact the manufacturer about that.This is a very nice cutting mat though.
