Great quality

My second pair and not my last.
I bought these pants over a year and half ago. I have worn them a lot! They have stood the test of time and use for me especially for the price. Pros: Best pair of hot weather pants that I own. Hands down. ( I hate wearing shorts, so for me thats a big deal.) Price.. can’t beat it. These ride the line of tactical pants and hiking pants. UV and water resistant. They wick very well. Cons: I wear 30x30. The second pair that I bought are 32x32. Go a size up, these pants are cut kinda slim, and that matters when you are someone who is constantly stuffing items in your pocket before you leave the house and have 2lbs of steal inside your waistband. They also feel too short, so go one size up on inseam as well. Pockets are slimmer than most and shallow. They come with a useless belt that I immediately toss in the trash. Belt loops are kind of small, but I can still force my gun belt through them. All in all, they’re ultra-lightweight and quite affordable. They’re comfy enough to sleep in and still provide you with some durability. I will absolutely be purchasing more of these in the future.

Quite good, but will buy something else next time that is water resistant and stretches
These were the first hiking pants I bought, and I've actually liked them quite a bit. They are very comfortable and lightweight (don't count on them for warmth) and the zip off pant legs is great for when it gets hot out. However I have realized I would happily spend a bit more for pants that are also waterproof (or water resistant) and have some stretch.

Very comfortable
I'm really enjoying these! They fit well, and I usually have to be picky about pants on account of them being tight across my quads usually... I have spilled things on them several times that might have stained other garments I have possessed throughout my life, but these wash right out. Real pleased with this purchase and thinking about buying another pair in a different color.

I think Columbia changed the cut of the Silver Ridge ...
I think Columbia changed the cut of the Silver Ridge pant line in recent years. All of the pants I seem to buy now run baggy and long in the leg inseam.

Pantalon léger et confortable
Pantalon idéal pour la saison chaude. Il est agréable à porter pour sa souplesse, son confort et la faculté à se faire oublier. De plus, il est respirant et résiste bien au frottement, la sueur et l'eau ne s'imprègne pas sur le tissus. La coupe est classique et laisse libre de tout mouvement. Les teintes sont sympa et variées, que du bonheur.
